Multi-OTA management becomes difficult when every platform is treated as a separate memory task. Build one operating system for product facts, inventory and changes.

Create a source of truth

Maintain approved names, durations, routes, inclusions, restrictions, meeting instructions, photos and emergency contacts in one controlled record. Note which platforms have unique field or image requirements.

Assign ownership

One person should approve product changes and one workflow should distribute them. Keep a change log with the date, owner and platforms updated. Audit the live result rather than assuming a submission displayed correctly.

Protect availability

Use compatible connectivity tools where appropriate, or allocate inventory deliberately and reconcile calendars frequently. Configure booking cut-offs and blackout dates around the reality of your operation.

Standardise guest communication

Prepare accurate templates for confirmation, meeting reminders, weather, delays and cancellations. Personalise them when the situation requires judgment.

Review channel performance

Compare completed bookings, net margin, cancellation rate, support workload and guest fit. Retire channels that add complexity without sustainable value.
